Business as usual! Firstly, thank you so much for your support during these hard times, it means the world to me and my small business. Im currently open as normal whilst following the latest government guidelines. Of course I am taking extra precautions to ensure my work station and hands are clean whilst packing all of your orders. 

Unfortunately deliveries are taking a little longer than usual to get to you. UK deliveries are delayed by up to 5 days, and international deliveries by up to 10 days. Please be patient, I'll make sure they get to you safely.

SHIPPING

We post worldwide! All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. All orders are posted without tracking, please contact me if you'd like to add this option. Please note that shipping times are estimated by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. These times are subject to change and delays in your region. Unfortunately orders can get held up in customs which can delay them a little further. 

UNITED KINGDOM

Royal Mail 1st Class delivered within 1-2 working days. Total shipping time up to 4 days.

Free Delivery on orders over £35. £3.70 on orders under £35.

EUROPE

Royal Mail International standard delivered within 3-5 working days. Total shipping time up to 7 days.

Free Delivery on orders over £35. £4 on orders under £35.

REST OF THE WORLD

Royal Mail International Standard within 5-10 working days. Total shipping time up to 12 days.

Free Delivery on orders over £35. £4 on orders under £35.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We aim to provide excellent quality products, however if you are unhappy with one or more of your items please contact me at hello@amberdavenport.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for returning the item in its original condition and where possible orders must be returned in their original packaging. Buyers will also be responsible for any loss in value caused by the return. Buyers will lastly be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is incorrect / faulty. Your refund will be processed on the safe return of the order. Refunds can take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.

INCORRECT / DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, please contact me at hello@amberdavenport.co.uk with a photo of the issue and we'll get that sorted for you ASAP.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED

In the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive within the specified time frame please contact me at hello@amberdavenport.co.uk. Please allow 7 working days if you're in the UK and 12 working days if you're International. Please note that we do not post with tracking and cannot be held responsible for any lost item. If you'd like to add tracking to your order please contact me and we'll sort that for you.

CUSTOM FEES / IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any custom fees and import taxes which may be incurred.
